Sometimes you have to push entertainment out of the window and do whatever is needed to stay in the division and sorting out the defence before anything else is the only sure way to offer your forwards the freedom to entertain
Scruffy 1-0 clean sheet wins have saved Oldham and like Morecambe it's something to build on next campaign in the current league they both could have dropped out of :D

Okay. John Taylor can be found on Facebook.

[Edit] Where he posted:

Great achievement for small town club

How 'odd', that he could never bring himself to post something like that on here? Ah well.

 I was doing the 'unfriend' all at the same time and noticed the positive comment. It made me wonder more if he was a wind up merchant, troll or just didn't care what impact he had? Anyway... if he wants to talk to me, he can do it at The Globe next season some time.

I think its plainly obvious that we have not defended well as a team, particularly at the back.... but what we're also missing is a bit of leadership. Any news on Murphy?

I agree, can't blame all the goals just on our defenders, should defend as a team, right from the front, pressing opposition defenders when they have the ball.

we don't work hard enough getting the ball back, or keeping it.
