Of those out of contract the only ones I'd like to keep are Shaun, Jamie and Ryan.....the others can go with our thanks but time for them to move on to pastures new.
We need to rebuild the defence and bring in some height and aggression into a soft centred midfield.
Up front it really depends on who decides to stay but Stockdale could prove to be worthy of a place assuming that a deal with Tranmere can be agreed. But we need other options especially out wide on both flanks.
I for one don't envy the task of rebuilding ; my only hope is that we build a squad capable of playing attractive, entertaining football centred on a game played on the deck. I just don't think that fans can be happy with the prospect of yet another season of hoof football.....
