Jim before the start of next season needs to decide on a formation and best 11 and just make changes with players when necessary.

Usually exciting waiting to see whether there are any new players coming in but nerve wracking waiting to see if our best players are leaving.

Certain players such as Shaun and Jamie will probably be keeping their options open but some will certainly be released.
