Loanees season 2016 / 2017

Could be wrong ( again) but isn't there a new ruling concerning loanees coming into force the coming season that could have serious implications for clubs like ours who have in the past used the loan system.... :?: :?: :?:

I think emergency loans are scrapped outside the two transfer windows now.

I think that the loan system tightening will actually suit us as the teams with the cash won't be able to chuck money hand over fist at improving Squads when they need to and will bring a greater focus onto youth Development. It also means that all the top clubs that sit on talent (hello Manchester city) will have to release them so they can chance their arm lower down the pyramid

Where it may hamper us is the bit towards the end of the season where we get them in On loan as a trail at the back end of a season, but I'm sure we will work a fiddle.
