Just noticed City are advertising a game on Tuesday against Morecambe. Daft decision to play on the same night as the Burnley game as they will miss out on hundreds of travelling fans. Didn't think we had enough players to put out two teams on the same night.

Who is this City you are referring to?

Its our development squad we are sending but no doubt if they win they will claim it as a League 2 scalp

Ha ha! You were right. Popped in for the last 10 minutes and it was horrible. Our team looked tiny (teenagers?) and the football was very poor. Less than 100 fans inside the ground and boneheads behind the goal were invading the pitch after every goal (not a steward in sight) and coming up with some lovely chants like 'Eric Morecambe is a pedophile' etc. Lost 7-2, so a bad night for the kids. At the end the celebrated like they won the league.
