Probably could afford to as it appears that they can get away with flagrant disregard of the rules and only get a suspended sentence despite the same offence TWICE this season.....so far

At least Johnny Portsmouth should be a boit warmer tonight, poor bugger nearly got hyperthermia on their last visit . On the negative side he will be able to ring his cow bell with more vigour
