Not his best game, but move him to RB?
I would appreciate it if anyone can explain this bizarre change, cos I still can't fathom it......................

Awful decision, did you see his face when he was told to go there? I think he is a confidence player but that was totally shot down yesterday with this move!

Its decisions like this that bring managements decisions into question.
Agree he is a confidence player who must now be sadly lacking which leads to poor performance/less confidence and a downward spiral.
I would expect a transfer request in January; I though we were lucky to have got through the last window with him still here.

not seen or heard any after match interviews with Jim?

because I wish somebody would challenge Jim on this matter, and ask something like

(well Jim, I have to put this to you as a lot of fans are totally baffled to why our most dangerous player we've got been switched R/B, surly only a Madman would do that )?

Didn't he say in his interview when he signed for the club that he was contemplating retiring from footy as Blackpool kept playing him at RB? Barky will do a Podge/ Allessandra/Duffy and we won't realise what we had till we see him banging goals in for another club.

He looked mortified when he got binned to right back, is there a bigger insult for an attacking player? Our number 9 was the only man back when we had attacking corners towards the end!

yes he did, I read that article.

I feel it's these decisions(tinkering), as to why we slump after starting well every season.

players will be just like us and be just as baffled.

imagine Leicester City yesterday at Anfield if they started James Vardy at R/B and what the reaction would be like in the studios :?

That was one of the main reasons Tom left Blackpool
Lee Clark said he would be more suited a RB and we made the most of it

It would seem that Jim and Ken were the only people in the ground who thought it was a good idea, on top of that Kev is moved over to the right hand side where he is less effective to accommodate Molyneux who seldom makes a impact. I said before the transfer window closed that we should try to bring in a right sided midfielder because we don't have anyone to replace Barky without playing someone out of position but no we bring in another left back so now we have three and that's not including Molyneux who allegedly can play in that position.

We have an awful lot of scousers on the books; Barky isn't in the scouse mafia......
