Is it the same as Tranmere wanting Bentley, when they never did?

Slight exaggeration methinks. At Skybet Steve Cotterill favourite at 6/4 (not odds on even for the favourite), with Jim at 16/1. We know you want Jim to go ks, but either get your facts straight or provide some evidence to support such outlandish claims.

Also I wouldn't like to see jim go now we have new owners and there's a better budget for him to play with. I don't think Shrewsbury are exactly one of the more richer clubs in league 1 and with them in the bottom 4 I'd expect to see them struggle this season and jim would have a big job keeping them up on his hands !

That's not been mentioned at all though.

Clearing debt and reducing year on year losses will be priority I'd imagine.

Please Jim. Don't go.

Can't see nothing happening before the weekend now, but with such short odds the bookmakers must know something surely. It's going to be an interesting few days !

Would certainly hope not, ks.

Don't want anything detracting from tomorrow's game.

Fair enough but I honestly looked immediately before posting and those were the odds I was shown - internet eh? Can't trust anyone nowadays. :?

Yes Phil, if you look on odds checker Jim is not in the betting.
Something must have happened like his car in their car park, might have popped in for a programme

From the Shrews forum:

"Could be true, I saw a car with his name on in the car park yesterday..."

I think it was a tiny badge on the radiator grill, one on the boot and each alloy wheel.

Tomorrow could be his last game. Odds look like there only going to get shorter now. Let's make a special atmosphere tomorrow and if it his is last game it'll be one to remember, I've been one of his biggest critics lately but he's a legend st the club and always will be !

Based on speculation and bookies odds??

We are one of the favourites to go down every single season with these people. That hasn't happened as yet!!

I know there aren't many poor bookies but can you honestly see Ken and Jim leaving this project when arguably they are over the toughest part, to take over at a club where a manager every season has become the norm???

Just saying....

Depends what Diego has told Jim about the "project". We're all assuming that Jim will be given more money to allow him to buy better players but that may not be the case.

Can't see more money flying his way till the basics are sorted out and we get more income/fans coming in.

I can imagine this weeks chat -

"err boss, we have no midfield for weekend, any chance of finding some free agents from somewhere?"

"nenhuma chance, não tínhamos na época passada meio-campo eu não sei nada, cair fora e continuar com o seu trabalho"

But you do the best for your family and it could be an offer to good to turn down.

Could be exciting times ahead at mfc, so why on earth would you leave for a struggling club like shrewsbury. Not a chance.

Better stadium
Better training facilities
Step up a division
Bigger fanbase
Larger wage packet

If you take all sentiment out of it the move is a no brainer for Jim to be honest! The only thing we have over Shrewsbury is job security.
