Yawn...yawn...yawn.... We've heard it all before and still nothing changes....

Wasn't there and truthfully didn't miss it... ....but it appears that yet again the substitutions have raised serious questions as to the timing and the choice of who to take off.

Like others I can't for the life of me understand why the lad from Burnley isn't given at least a full 45 minute run out. Reports elsewhere suggest that he's highly regarded at Burnley but evidently not by our management team. If that is the case...send him back....after all our lot know more about football than the Burnley manager.....

As an alternative hypothesis, what if the Burnley manager has decided that the lad isn't going to make it at Premiership level and won't be offering him a new contract? Jim's taken him to have a look at, as he as other players likely to be released, with a view to perhaps signing him when that happens, but hasn't felt he's up to it either? Or at least, not yet. I don't know... but neither do you. While I accept your sarcastic comment re "our lot" knowing more about football than the Burnley manager, I'd respectfully suggest that Jim knows more about football than us two combined!

As usual CC's comments about the management are uncalled for, but I stand by my comments about Ntumba, he's a good player, he'll probably go on loan to Grimsby after Xmas and score a sackfull.

You could also argue that Jim & Ken know far more than the Burnley manager or Burnley youth team manager about what it takes to succeed at League 2 level so will be better placed to evaluate Massankas talent than either of them.

And according to Jim the best player on view in training is Molly....and yet he's not lived up to expectations when in the team. Poor in training doesn't imply that they would necessarily be poor when playing in the first team. The lad deserves a chance for me....

Moly should be given more game time, I was at The notts county game and he was the stand out player for me until he was taken off. He is one of the few who will run with the ball.
