This is my opinion, not something I have been told, in january, our new owner, a former football agent with lots of contacts will bring in players largely of his own choice, Jim and Ken will coach these players ( mostly loanees) until the end of the season, if they do a good job they will be kept on, transfer dealings will be very much in the hands of the owners.

He came like a breath of fresh air. Shooting for goal at every opportunity.
What changed....
He's only a shadow of what he was which is sad to see. And he's not the only player to change from such encouraging starts.
However on the plus side (and I give credit to our management for this) Tom B has been a success story.
