We have a wretched home form (because of the curse) but a remarkable, tremendous away form, if these results were the opposite, would Jim and Ken be lauded instead of unfairly criticised, even though we would be in the same position in the league?

For many years in the conference we were very average away but good at home. Entertaining the home supporters with hard fought performances against the better sides, a never say die attitude. That has vanished. The core support is home fans, sadly now they are being alienated by not poor but awful performances every week! Never before have i heard booing from the home fans so early in a game as happened when Exeter scored their second! Booed off at half time and at the end of the match, that sends a message inside the ground not just on this small (no offence mods) forum

If all the home fans stopped going to the globe, and went to away games instead, there would be no problem?

When I go back to see the medium next week I'll find out what can be done to lift the curse

I remember our first season in the Conference and we couldn't win an away match for love or money, however we were awesome at home and everyone was pretty happy.
Its normal to win more matches at home than away, so if our home/away form switched you'd get happy punters again as these are the games the majority watch.
You can put up with the odd dodgy season at home but six and a half seasons of crap home form has sent a large percentage to breaking point.
The ground isn't cursed and there aint no reason that why we can't turn things around. Would love Jimbo to be the man to do this (starting on Sunday) but I am really starting to conclude he's had enough time to do this and may well be the main cause of the problem.
Lets see how things pan out over the next few weeks.

It's bad enough slagging a blameless Jim off , but I get the feeling some fans think JB is lying about his curse

I am teetotal, I'm not happy about this curse but it cannot be ignored, and , rather like baby Jesus, I am merely passing on a message......don't ignore it.

Mr P, could you please stop being a WUM with this curse claptrap. It is baseless superstition and I am sure you don't personally believe it for a second, however footballers can be a superstitious lot, and as I have said before, if they believe in a curse, it can become a self-fulfilling prophesy, i.e. they go out onto the field believing they'll lose because of this curse, and therefore don't have the belief to go out and win the game. So please, for the sake of us all, stop peddling this nonsense.

Maybe you should get your other mate Derek Acorah over to have a word with JBC and ask him if he is miffed ?

My old flat mate Alex Lowe is the actor behind Clinton Baptiste. He's got some great stories to tell.
Week before last 60% of games in Leagues 1 and 2 were away wins. This week only 3 games ended in League 2 were home wins out of 12.

They certainly wouldn't be hated on as much but there would be some serious concerns still.
