Michael Rose has just posted this on twitter:
What an absolute f^*king shambles!!!
And I'm not even talking about #trump
It's been liked by Roche, Conlan and Kenyon.
I suspect they've either been told that Barkhuizen has been sold or that they won't be getting paid still, or maybe both!

This is all becoming more than ridiculous now.
Will
somebody from the club tell us paying supporters what the f*** is going on.
Please.

Yes , I saw his tweet.
We really could do with an official club statement and not one that is bullshit.

We've never, ever been the best at communication.
Seems worse than ever if that is at all possible.
If it is wages, lets just hope we still have a game on tonight and we don't have another "Hartshead Moor Services whilst on the way to Rotherham United" situation....

Regardless of share ownership, the Directors need to take control of this situation. Directors have powers granted by the law. It's time they asserted themselves rather than just sit passively in the background. (With apologies to any/all if they are active board members involved with high level decisions etc - I'm just going on how it looks to an outsider!). Was it 2012 or 2013 when a couple of long standing directors resigned in protest at the way the club was managed? If some or all of the long serving directors are being kept in the dark or aren't interested, they need to resign. It would be good if a director or two (past or present) joined F-com to beef-up the supporters association so they're ready to take action if things go even more pear-shaped.

Things have been going disastrously wrong since we had our first moan about The Globe Arena back in August 2010 (that was about the lack of gravy with the pies if I remember rightly....!!) and its been getting progressively worse since.
I hope this latest issue isn't a complete culmination of everything.
We need to know pretty bloody quickly what our situation is.

I seem to remember things were going wrong even before the Globe opened. Various fiascos about building the damn place, out of control costs, changing specs at last minute. Even before then, there was controversy about moving in the first place. It was supposed to be a golden legacy - all those millions which SHOULD have been enough to build a new stadium with income streams and with cash left over to buy players. Where did it all go wrong? All I've ever heard are excuses about the interest rate reductions - completely irrelevant because it was all pissed away with the build and there was never any more to put into a savings account! We've suffered 6-8 years of mismanagement which has run the club into the ground and wasted a once in a lifetime golden opportunity.

I strongly suspect that our situation is that we're stuffed.
I truly hope I'm being over pessimistic.
Best case scenario is that ..........I can't think of one!
One way or another we look to be heading for the drop. I only hope that we don't lose the club all together.

I know I've said it many times, but....
Think of Darlington FC. Their new ground. What then happened to them.
Lots of local derbies to look forward to for us it saddens me to say.

And also Ntumba Massanka.
Only people that don't "like" what is going on is us. The paying supporters.
(And I know they don't mean "like" in the happy aspect of the word. The players are as pissed off as the rest of us)

I said all along that we should have built a new main stand along the Car Wash which included the banqueting suites and executive boxes without it being on the scale of the Globe's main stand. We were on a main bus route , supporters loved the North Stand even if catering was as Spartan as it is now. We would have had to put a business plan to a bank but it would have probably resulted in less debt than there is now !

That was the original plan/idea before the move to Westgate was hatched to develop the Car Wash side.
As you say, Gone_Shrimping - that should have been done yes.
So much for The Globe seeing us "set for life" etc etc.
Seemingly a load of bollocks right now (and going back a few years if truth be known since we've seen this coming)

The club don't and probably shouldn't say anything publicly that is negative financially as the vultures will circle.
What does need to happen is that staff need to know when and if they are getting paid.
It would suggest they are treated like the proverbial mushrooms.
Bucket collections tonight?

Our beloved club is being led to disaster and nothing is being said publicly by the people responsible for this i.e. PMG/Diego/the other directors. They will be remembered with ignominy and shame if they don't sort things out.

They need to take their bank cards and pin numbers with them and get those lads paid ! And the rest of the hardworking staff.

Bloody hope not.

Quite possibly , maybe that is what board meeting is about.
This situation seems to be coming to a head quickly.

Just a pity it's too late for a consortium of former directors to have taken over xxx

and the reason for that was coz (unlike Diego) they never had the money?
It is unfair to expect minor shareholders on the board to bail the club out, they are all basically Morecambe FC fans, that do lots of unpaid work to help the club with little in the way of thanks, and no reward at all.
