As both ourselves and Scunthorpe are both out of the FA Cup, Do you think common sense will win the day and the Check-a-Trade tie be moved to the Saturday? Or will we both have a free weekend then play on the Tuesday in front of 400?

noooooooo... I'm in Brighouse on the Tuesday & Wednesday, so can go to the game on a Tuesday night but not at the weekend!!!
But you are right, it makes sense to move it to the Saturday. Also more recovery time to the following Saturday's game

Would mean that both the Fa and the Efl would have to agree about this. Could be a first for both them after today's news about the formation of a new league structure,

Am I right in thinking we had a similar situation at this time last season when both ourselves and Fleetwood were knocked out of the FA Cup before our FL Trophy tie? I think another FL Trophy tie was moved to the Saturday but ours remained on the Tuesday.
you are indeed correct

Wigan,s game against Barnsley was switched to the Saturday, and attracted a decent crowd, it was the day of the floods...
