Sorry to say this but on the present trajectory we are f@@ked.

If Diego & Co. don't get me out of this perpetual I've got nothing to cheer about mode then I wonder about myself.
Just 4 teams below us now and our goal difference is minus a point. We havnt been down there before, I'm not sure we have the balls to get out of it

Once a Shrimp always a Shrimp

As they say: hope for the best, prepare for the worst. Look at Wycombe. Nearly bottom a few weeks back and now eighth with three wins! Trouble is this is the perfect storm with pay day looming and bloody Plymouth the day after. Which way will it go? Let's face it we are due a bit of luck and some decent refereeing but this was always going to be a tough ask this season. Don't know why people thought it wasn't. No Daggers or York being crap so 50 pts a minimum.

We can stay up but at some point lady luck is going to have to shine a bit and some dosh appear by magic in January. Oh and the right players available. Agree though that this is difficult for the fans of this club right now. But like Rich said Morecambe is a unique club and we should all keep going for better or worse. We'll still be here (the hardcore fans) no matter what happens.

It looks like more than 50 points may be needed this season. We have got 8 points in nearly 3 months since August !

If "Outsider" reads this can you confirm whether your meeting with Nigel is still on.

Hardcore fans will still be here yes but many are falling by the wayside having had enough of the shit we are watching week in week out.The group of colleagues i come with has dwindled from 10/12 with sons and freinds another 6/10 the future fans to 3/4 of us and no sons, all totally pissed off with the crap on offer, and yes Jim is a legend but we have had the same old same old for the last 3 years going backwards each year, questions need answering from the club as the silence is deafening, conference and worse here we come

It's this ongoing silence which worries me more than anything.

You'd have thought Diego would have introduced himself, said of his immediate plans etc - even by means of a statement on the website or something. But no, nothing.

Worrying. To say the least. Maybe I'm over thinking.

I've watched this club since 1985 (others for much longer, I know) and we can't just let it rot like it feels like it is doing now and has been, in truth, since our move from Christie.

Nevermind poor Diego, where is PMG? He has totally dropped off the rader since this farce became apparent.

According to PMG at the last forum it was Shrimps Voices to blame which put the club in a negative picture to the town...
