Blew all the money on the PMG stand and not the rest of the ground
Alienated ordinary fans
Home form/tactics
Lack of commercial ideas/media activity
Prices (for seating the cheapest seat is £21 now even in the family block )
No Pies

Small fan base, will only ever substain league status as long as we have a benevolent chairman.

However PMG said we would only need 2200 to break even and we used to get that in the conference at CP, where has everyone gone?

A winning team playing attractive attacking football would be a significant factor in increasing gates

GOOD GRAVY!!
In our 12 years of conference football, we never averaged anywhere near 2000, I think our best season s average was 1750, so thats balderdash!!
The figure was actually 2400, BEP, we achieved that in our first season at the globe with 200 to spare .

Insular/non-existent ideas around marketing.
Apathy towards local population.

Owners/board who blew the £10m Sainsbury money on a stadium far too expensive for what we needed, a gym that closed due to lack of marketing, all weather pitches that are barely used, posh boxes on the top floor. They simply went mad with the cheque book with their grand ideas and blew it all in one go. Could have spent half the money on a perfectly decent stadium.
Then crowds started falling and losses started increasing, but there was no plan B - it was just business as normal as if they were in denial. This situation was entirely foreseeable 3/4 years ago with losses of half a million per year. Nothing seems to have been done to actually get more bums on seats. The main plan was just to sell off the remaining parcels of land. All the while hundreds of loyal long time supporters were walking away.

We're a small club and have struggled to sustain what's required to establish and grow, for various reasons. Avoiding our first relegation is looking increasingly difficult, but much larger clubs have gone down and not yet returned, so we shouldn't complain too much.

The stadium's location being such a pain to get to and it also somehow seams much colder than CP.
The lack of an atmosphere.
Prices (but that's football in general now).
Over regulation and petty rules.
