There are many occurrences where people posting on forums have then been sued by the person they referred to. Spend a couple of minutes on Google to find out more. Our neighbours down the coast had fans v Chairman after posts made on a public forum.
Defending such a lawsuit can easily cost £100,000+ to defend, that's regardless of whether you win or lose.
So while it is understandable that we're all frustrated, please THINK before you press [Submit]
