Police involvement

Given that Diego has gone missing, and that some people on here seem to think he may have commited some kind of fraud involving MFC, would it not be prudent to report the fact he is missing to tne police?

The man could be in some kind of danger,or difficulty , and if found could actually be grateful somebody has made a proper attempt to find him.

Have the club made a concerted effort to find him via the police?

If not, then why?

Suspect Diego is long gone never to return. Not sure if there are extradition treaties with Qatar or Brazil but in international terms he is small fry. The full picture of what has happened to our club is slowly emerging and few will emerge with any credit!

Harrison and the other with North East connections also had club ties on in a photo from the Carlisle match.

How about, Missing person(s) Concerns for his where abouts

There is a duty of care, surely they would have to try make contact,

Look here - http://www.missingpersons.police.uk/en/ ... ing-person

If you believe that someone is missing then please contact your local police station. Dial 101 and inform them you would like to make a missing persons report, alternatively you can attend your local police station. It is a common belief that you have to wait 24 hours before reporting but this is not true, you can make a report to the police as soon as you think a person is missing.

If you are extremely concerned for the welfare of the person then dial 999 and ask for the police.

Question now is, Who is going to do it ?

Should we all do it ?

we have a photo of the man we are concerned about

we have a name, that we think he is called by

there is limited information regarding his personal details, eg UK residence, date last seen, contact details

People in Britain are caught on camera 70 times a day on average. (this was quoted back in 2011)

Hopefully it wont take long to find our beloved Diego (if that is his name)

Go for it, the only offence committed will be wasting police time.

According to one Director, Diego is still in the UK and may never have left.

I am sat now with a director , who has assured me that Diego has not obtained any money.from the club ,or attempted to, the plain truth is, he never had any money.

And yet another says they spent money on drink, hire cars, fuel and 'stripped the money put aside for VAT out as consultancy fees'.

And another says the club wasn't the target, instead it was Abdullah.

As I have said earlier, nobody is coming out of this in a good light.
