Very promising debut albeit he was only on the pitch for 15 minutes. Looks to have some pace and wasn't afraid to take is man on. Unlucky not to score with what would have been a great goal. Early days but it would be great if we had another Thommo on our hands.

Yes early days but certainly worth another chance. Brave decision by JImbo to bring a rookie on but had little choice.

Fortune follows the brave.... ;)

I think we might have a new tom barkuizen here. With his pace an also turners in the side too. We'll see our counter attacking football make a come back if we keep the likes of wildig and flemmo fit in midfield. Early days but one to be excited about !

Have to agree with KS about Luke Jordan and Aaron Wildig....still not convinced that Flemmo is our midfield supremo going forward despite (admitadly) some better performances of late but Jimbo obviously rates him. Be interesting to see for the next three games how we cope without him.

The one thing I picked up from the Sky Sports highlights is not necessarily his pace but his close control, its superb and the ball barely leaves his feet. It stop defenders throwing tackles in.

Great performance by the young lad. Difficult circumstances to come on to with Notts County looking to stretch the game and Wakefield constantly having 2 players to mark on the right. We're a decent amount of points clear of relegation now with a small squad so hopefully he'll get plenty of minutes this season and can develop at this level.

Neil Wainright on Twitter has said the lad has got some talent (as a right winger himself he'll know) and there's potentially more coming through the system.

Yesterday was the first time for weeks we played 4-2-3-1 due to not having 3 CBs anymore. I noticed we played a lot better attacking wise and with this formation it will allow Luke to get more game time rather than playing with wing backs what McGowan usually plays on the right hand side. It's the perfect time to play him for the last half hour or 20 mins now most weeks as we don't have anyone else with real pace in the squad at the minute besides turner.

It was good to see and hear Kevin giving Luke some encouragment and advice as soon as he came on.

News of Arts COULD be the foreruuner of a managerial move for Kevin in the not too distant future although I'd love for him to be offered some important role with us come the end of his distinguished career.

Yes, he could be , ''assistant technical director of football'' , helping ''technical director'' Jim Harvey

If it were left to you, CC we would have more managers than players!

That would ge a tough gig , but I could do it, I personally think if I was in charge of the whole globe site , with the sole objective of turning the football clubs finances around , I would be showing a profit in year 2, and the club would be debt free in 3 years.
