Wouldn't be surprised if PMcG comes out of this deal with sod all and the only winners have been Abdul, the North East crew and Cala who COULD be getting our club for considerably less than he was prepared to pay during the summer.

IF my thoughts are even close to the truth( :?: ) then Peter has been suckered into agreeing to a deal with Diego on the strength of a minimal down payment with the bulk to follow. Peter has therefore signed his shares over to Diego who may have been acting on behalf of a company based in the North East and immeadiatly resigned as a Director signing away PMcGs shares to the owner who assumed the responsibilty to pay Peter which he may be disputing. Abdul in the meantime comes to the rescue of the club by a short term investment stating that he feels betrayed by Lemos (knowing all along that a deal to sell to Cala was already in negotiations with the North East crowd and Cala :?: )

And finally in steps Cala to take control and feels no obligation to pay PMcG for the shares but pays his partners in this possible shadey deal a handling fee and the cost of the purchased shares to date.

Peter McG is left millions out of pocket and we could now be owned by someone who has threatened to make redundancies at all levels of the club. As for the Board of Directors as we knew it..... :?: :?: :?:

The above is of course only my hypothetical take on the situation and could be and probably is wide of the mark, but there are no doubt lots of other SVers who could post their own fantasy story....

There's far too many players in this saga for them all to be in one massive collaboration. Cala may have just struck lucky.

He might even, god forbid, be a decent businessman who could see an opportunity when it presented itself?

Having said that, he told The Bay:

I can tell you is that if I am the owner of this club or any other club that 90 per cent of the turnover will be invested on the pitch

90% of TURNOVER will be invested on the pitch? Not planning to pay rates/tax/electricity from the 'turnover' then? Planning to run the club at a loss forever is an odd business model.

Still hoping that Nigel Adams and other people who actually have the club at its heart, will come riding over the hill on a white charger to save the day. Looking less & less likely though.

Well I can only presume that PMG did eventually receive the payment for his shares or he would surely still be taking legal action to get his shares and ownership of the club back.

I doubt we will ever know what has gone on since September at MFC.

PMG's legacy will be decided over the next 12-24 months with what Cala does next...

Never a dull day!

Will he last 12 months? He didn't last 12 days at his last club...
