Looking back, if Alex hadn't got sent off in the Cheltenham game, Jim wouldn't have had to appeal a touchline ban, we wouldn't have been asked to help pay his £1000 fine, Jim wouldn't have been brought to tears and Sky Bet wouldn't have offered a free pie and a pint at the Cambridge match. Imo this incident together with all the well publicised off field shenanigans has certainly galvanised the club into one. Of course this may have happened without Alex being sent off but I'd like to thank him anyway

Since our 2-1 win over Plymouth we've played well in every single game. (if we forget about the first 20 minutes or so at Hartlepool). In none of the 3 defeats did we play badly.

I said the same thing to someone the other day.

Ever since we beat Plymouth our form has been good.

Keep 11 players on the pitch and Cheltenham would have been beaten and probably have got something against Barnet.

I don't dispute that our form has been good since Plymouth. The point I was trying to make was the events following the dismissal of Alex has galvanised the club and supporters for the first time in a long time. Onwards and upwards.

Indeed, I don't think anyone should feel guilty looking up the table rather than down the table as to what can be achieved.

Yes agreed , the £1,000 collection was an important moment in bringing the clubs fans together and improving the atmosphere at games.
I was just observing that the team had played well for 15 games.
