According to his Twitter page (posted onto Facebook), Peter Murphy's recent injury is career-ending.

That lad has been so very unlucky with his injuries - we never did get to see him at his best.

Anyway, thanks for your contribution Murphs - you were a good professional. Best of luck with whatever you do next.
