Can't see it working in L2 without having a camera pointing at nearly every angle

I can see it working, don't think the FL and PL will expect clubs like us in L1 and L2 to foot the bill. everyone will have to have it in order for it to work.
it's not like the FL can say it's alright Morecambe, if you can't afford it, don't bother having it, don't worry about it.
and everyone in the FL who can afford it will be expected to have and pay for it.

Yup.
What's is the problem with a video official, rewind the incident, check its correct, carry on. Every other sport does it??
As it happens justice was done tonight, but Hylton should have had a yellow for diving! Never a pen!!
