To be fair, our current MP manages to drive his car in this country and claim the expenses while he is abroad, which is a clever trick.
So poor parking is par for the course.

Yep, there used to be that old fart who liked to link everything to something he'd read that day in the Mail. I assume he's gone the way of the dinosaurs and the place is better for it.
