Rumours from the dark side of the Pennines that we're due to sign Vadaine Oliver from York City after their relegation.
Feedback I got was: "He's not bad, big and quite mobile. Head drops very quickly, biggest flaw. He's a handful on his day, very powerful and quite quick. Very, very strong in the air. It's the mental side of his game that's iffy."

He was booed onto the pitch by York fans when we played them on the last day of their relegation season.

His twitter followers include Adam Campbell and Rhys Turner so could be an indication.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36953529Spent 6 months on loan at Notts County last season hence why he will know Adam Campbell.
Was also a goal scorer in York's Wembley win at the end of last season and was full of praise for the way he's been treated by the new York manager after a major bust up with their former manager.

The players are back for pre-season training on Wednesday so maybe we will have a better idea of which players have re-signed and which new players have signed or who are on trial.

Any developments regarding his possible signature
With Mullers now gone we need a replacement to lead the line.

Plus Rhys played alongside Oliver at York in 2015... So I don't think it has anything to do withba possible transfer myself

Deal done I believe. York City already said in May that he would be released so I can't see any fee being required.
