That's a blow BUT as always we have to move on and just hope that we can find an adequate repalcement.

Personally I'd like to see our unknown ( ;) ) trialist thrown in at the deep end. His former club had confidence enough in him to be planning on him playing in the League Cup until EFL Red Tape got in the way. He's still to sign but i expect that to happen sooner than later.

Winnard just doesn't do it for me despite being well respected by Stanley fans who were gutted when he left last close season.

Kenyon will do as a makeshift central defender but his best position for me is just in front of the back line.
Heroes get mentioned but Legends never die.
