Stevenage game & 10 game review

Postby d3d4 » Tue Sep 26, 2017 10:08 am

Hi guys,

We review your match at Broadhall Way in our latest podcast http://d3d4football.com/d3d4-football-podcast-episode-11-week-9-review/

I was wondering if you could help me. I am going to be doing the League Two 10 game review podcast next week even though it is after 11 games :) and would like your opinions:

Who has been your best player thus far?

Who has been your most surprising player?

How have you done against your expectation?

thanks
James

Best Player - probably Thommo
Surprising - Vadaine Oliver, a right handful up front,
Expectations - Last two weeks we are starting to gel, can see us hopefully climbing the table if we can stop giving daft goals away.

IMO. Obviously.

Best player - so far, consistently, yep can't argue with Thommo.

Most surprising - I'd go Thommo again - I didn't expect him to appear in the starting line-up as often as he has... on merit! (Campbell, Oliver and McGurk look very good signings but I thought they might be. Brough, Lund, Lang, Muller and Old all look promising as well).

Against expectations? As Morecambe fans we've learned not to really have 'expectations' (more hopes :) ) but.. we are now where I thought we'd be very lucky to finish. From what I've seen I think we'll end up quite a few places higher.
Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!

1) Thompson.

2) Brough, Carlisle must be mental letting him go.

3) just improving our home form, and having our home form keeping us up for a change, I feel we always play our best football away from home and it's frustrating especially when your trying to increase attendances and revenue.
