Probably the most important AGM for many seasons and an opportunity for shareholders to learn about what happens 18 months from now regarding the financial lifeline thanks to Abdul.

Equally if not more important in terms of information gathering is the Fans Forum immediately following the AGM - which isn't expected to take long as it primarily concerns the acceptance of the financial results for the period ending May 2016 and the election/removal of existing board members by the majority shareholder (G50 Holdings Ltd).
I hope as many people as possible attend the Fans Forum - don't worry if you're not a £1 shareholder in the club with as much sway as Doris Day in terms of club matters.... the Forum is open to all. I hope the Forum is well attended; because it's important that the fans continue to have this platform to ask questions.

It's the board of directors as far as I'm aware - the forum has been organised by the club.

I think we will find there is nothing at all to report.....everyone already knows the situation, no news is actually good news at the moment thanks to the absentee owner, it's interesting to note that there have been no issues regarding staff wages for a while now.

Agree MPH after graham's interview we all knlw where we stand although I would be interested to know whats happening with PMG Leisure and I do wonder how much Abdul is loosing out of his own pocket every month and does the hospitality side actually make money.
Remember all the talk about a forensic accountant would have a field day, I wonder if Burnard has managed to straighten things out a bit.

Have a look at my post in the Graham Bernard article.
Doesn't provide all the answers but gives an overview of what was said on certain topics.

Some companies have employees Sat on boards as it connects the employees to the business better and also have a say.
Does the club have a fan on the board as if this is the case maybe they could explain the decision to extend contracts and if not then the trust should be pushing for this to happen otherwise the club will never move in the direction us loyal supporters would like to see it go in

Most of the directors were fans long before they were directors but I don't believe all their shares put together would influence a decision.
