Although, to be fair, it isn't the most embarrassing clinch with an older politician that she's been photographed in...
Joking asside, she alleged 'inappropriate behaviour' years ago, when a 70 year old UKIP MEP took her to a strip joint in Belgium, then told her she'd be sacked if she complained.
After she complained, she was sacked.
That was about three or four years ago.

people should be innocent untill proven guilty in a court of law. trial by media? come on seriously?
that Photo on that Daily Mirror(Labour Paper) link if that was shown in Court, a defence Solicitor could dismiss it, for all anybody knows that Miss Swann who's a decent person as had some upsetting news and is just talking to David Morris who for all we know could be a good listener, and are both under the influence of alcohol and basically having a laugh at a Party.

it's not about what side you favour.
it's about justice, both the Accused just like the Accuser should remain anonymous unless or until there's a court conviction, and then by all means name them, the public would have a right to know.
I know they've been trying to change this for ages in the UK, its only fair.
