Non league side at home giving us the best possible chance of progressing to the next round would be good.

Shrewsbury who can score goals for fun
it's not imposable, but could have had an easier draw for sure.

At least we know what to expect. No pressure on us. We often play better v better kopposition and this is the cup for shocks. Difficult but not insurmountable

that's correct, we've had some good giant killings in the past, but not in this competition, first time for everything.

Hope Shrewsbury are still top and flying high, with three or four top players all getting tired and others on four yellows and Hurst desperate to concentrate on the league as thats the bread and butter??? Please!

I was getting at top inform Championship sides at the time like PNE and Wolves and Blackpool who still had premier league players.

I hope the same people who are bemoaning this draw will be just as unenthusiastic if we draw the likes of Man U, Man C, Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs or Arsenal away given how unlikely it'd be to get past those too...

It's just an obvious realistic reaction to an away tie at the team who are top of League One.
But we must never forget that this IS the F.A.Cup and shocks do happen.
We have no pressure on us, we are expected to lose, all the usual cliches are trotted out,but IF and its a very big IF we can produce one of those special Shrimps performances which we have done in the past
then we can do it!

Will anybody other than The Sardines and Terry be putting Coaches on? The trust?

No, but think of the money. Money that the club desperately needs. We know damn well we'd never win against Liverpool, but an away game at Anfield could earn the club hundreds of thousands. We need to do whatever it takes to try to get an away game at a big club. We have to have a business minded outlook if we are to survive. You can't separate the football from the money these days.
