Speaking as a mere fan I cannot understand why we changed a winning formula with McGurk up front. I presume that the argument will be that we need to react to opposing teams formations. Why not let teams react to us? Some hard games coming up as well

In last 10 games: Scored:5, Conceded:12
From star of season (19 games): Scored:14, Conceded 24...

We have won, whilst keeping a clean sheet, only once out of 19 league games this season... Absolutely ridiculous. Managers getting sacked above us left right and centre and we, as a club, are stuck with Jim & Co. who are dragging the club down... Loyalty does NOT = success. And apparently, some of our fans, and all of the board (majority of board at least) thought it was an excellent decision to renew the contracts!

Dropped 5 places tonight, we fail regularly against the teams around us who are all getting wins here and there.
Crawley, Barnet and Chesterfield as well as Crewe all win tonight, no longer can we rely on 2 or 3 teams being crapper than we are.

Personally I am dreading the Barnet game, it's a few years since we had free coaches to give our support in numbers against them when we were in the sh!t

Unfortunately league tables don't lie. We are in the poo good and proper and for me the responsibility lies at the feet of the management team. If this season was a blip then an excuse could be made but it's been on the cards for more seasons than I care to remember.

There are some talented players on our books, but the tactics they are instructed to follow are making them look bad. We are where we are down simply to those who manage the team.

If Jim was asked what would be his best starting eleven if all his squad were fit, I don't think he could give an answer.
He would probably say that it depends who we are playing, and tactics and shape.
He seems to over complicate things. We beat Newport and Wycombe by being confident and having a go.
It worked.
I think he does have a responsibility for the low attendances. Fans want to see commitment and passion.
The theme running through Jim's post match comments this season that he has often mentioned is not getting the first goal in games has proved costly. That may have some validity, but many teams go 1-0 down in matches and salvage a draw or get a 2-1 win, so I don't entirely agree.
It's the 90 minutes performance the fans are worried about.
Very frustrating for everyone

Chesterfield are 1-0 up at mansfield at this moment so we are now next to bottom!
