The Exchange Creative Community are fundraising to buy the old Trinity Methodist church (on the corner of Marine Rd and West St) to turn into a community hub for the West End of Morecambe.
They are currently running an online art auction with artworks donated by local artists; details here:

If anyone knows an art loving Morecambe fan that needs a Christmas pressie, I donated four tiny paintings (7" x 5") of some of our finest to the auction. The images on the Exchange site are not that clear so here is a link to some better ones.

Nice work 'Shrimp Girl', enjoyed seeing your work in the Art Trail, I also had a photy in the auction (those who know me will see which one!!)
My other half (The good Lady Sparkle) has been heavily involved with The Exchange of late, music & artistry, & dragged me along too, which has been great, so many creative people in Morecambe & the West End in particular, this thing could be massive!
