It looks shabby, and needs replacing. Yes, it's another cost, but it does give a first impression of the club to a passer by, and of course it needs to be up to date with forthcoming matches.

It's NOT for a fan to change, it's the responsibility of a club employee to make it part of his or her scheduled 'things to do'....we are after all a full time professional club and should not be reliant on a passing fan to do such a fundamental thing of such importance.
If the local cinema didn't charge an employee to advertise the films on view, would it be the role of a passing individual to do it.....no way...
Just a pity that we can't have an electronic board that could be programmed to change from inside the ground and be the responsibility of the admin staff as a 'first thing to do' on a morning.
