It appears he is Chairman of G50 and is not registered as Chairman of MFC, before the drums start

Only changes in the boardroom for MFC are Colin Goldring and Jason Whittingham (Bond Group / Mayfair Finance) appointed directors on the 14th May and Graham Burnard (G50) terminated on the 12th June.

Now the new owners are on board, do G50 Holdings have anything to do with the club anymore?
I notice on the Companies House listing that Abdul is now the sole Director of G50, I mistakenly? read that as he is now involved officially with MFC - but then thinking about it... is he?
Or is it just a case of someone had to be responsible for G50 and he seemed to be the only once left, holding the hot potato?

I think it is possible that until Abdul receives some recompense for around £900k that he is owed that he won't sign the stock transfer form so yes is the answer to your question , Abdul is still involved.

A trail of debt with all those owed hanging around like vultures.

I believe we continue to be kept in the dark about what is really happening at our club. I wonder if the directors have a clear picture of what is happening? We seem to have several people hanging around to get their money back and two new owners whose motives in buying the club are unknown. It seemed significant to me that they bought us a few days before our potential relegation game at Coventry- what league the club was playing in next season seemed irrelevant to them. They seem to have bought us for non-football reasons!

It certainly is worryingly quiet I have to say.

The new owners stated they had paid a 700k debt days after they took over. What was the debt and who was it paid to?

It would be OK letting us know if everything was financially in a good state but do we really want to know if we are on the brink of disaster

The AGM is on 4th July (Independence Day !) as now on the OWS.
Some questions should be answered on that night.

So busy arranging the forum, I wonder if they forgot this page
https://www.morecambefc.com/club/company-details/As per EFL regulation, effective from September 2010 required every club to declare publicly the identity of any individual who directly or indirectly owns a stake of ten per cent or more in that club.
Morecambe FC Limited (the 'Company') therefore advises that the following people own more than 10% of the club's shareholding.
G50 Holdings Ltd - 82%
The beneficial ownership of the majority shareholding is held by Mr Abdulrahman Al-Hashemi.
This page was last updated on the 10th July 2017.

That's what they said. Newco set up to hand over the Shares from G50 to Bond group. So that was expected.

The annual Confirmation Statement which gives details of every shareholding in the club at 21 June 2018 (66 pages !) has today been filed at Companies House.
This should bring to an end all the paper shuffling for the immediate future.

BOND GROUP SPORTS SERVICES LIMITED have just been formed, nature of business "trade of electricity".
Are we going to be a wind farm?

Problem is it's mostly hot air, so more use for floating a balloon than powering a wind farm

Not as daft as it may sound, our corner flags are often at 45 degrees, plenty of money in green energy, look at FGR.
With diesel prices now 10p a litre dearer than petrol on some forecourts, other forms of power are required for our future. Eden Project awaits
