Really great promotion. At times like these I wish I didn't live 50 miles away then I could join in.Should be a great night for all locals. Much thanks to whomever is organising it!

What a nice gesture from the club but I fear it won’t make any difference RR , the so called loyal supporters will still stay away as they have done up to now

When somewhere relies on loyalty for its custom it is close to failing.

Rolling your eyes and blaming your customers is even closer.

That is all we have Posh a small band of loyal supporters , without them we have nothing as said just a shame they can’t support the club when things like this are put on . And as for your last sentence they are not MY customers so I can roll my eyes !

Don't think it's got anything to do with loyalty,I think it's just that people will go to there local pub with work mates and friends, packed out pub atmosfear, how many will just watch at home.

Posh is right, I have 2/3 small businesses in this area and touch wood they are doing fine but if something went wrong it would be my fault, not the people of Morecambes, apart from being a nice gesture it's late in the day and barely advertised so it'll be largely ignored, MFC historically have never ever had a large fan base anyway, the chairman knew this when he took it on, he failed and should quit whining, as for the new people , I think they will have a degree of success and things like this gesture are a good start.

I hold my hands up. I moaned that nothing was being done, but well done to all involved for sorting it. But £1.50 a pint difference when there's 5/6 in a round does make a difference to me. Also if I change my seat a venue and we lose .... It's my fault.

I am tempted to take my 9yr old along due to it being a bit more of a family atmosphere.

I have been to them all BW and although there aren’t many there it is a good atmosphere and very family friendly . Believe it is back in the local choice tomorrow .

I’d love to be there, especially with the free pies, but we’re slumming it in a bar in France :D The Frenchies are hoping we win so they can beat us in the final :?

Proud that our national team exceeded expectations. Beaten on the night by an experienced team who fans probably under estimated. Nobody disgraced themselves and in fact a few really made a name for themselves. Like our club, they'll learn from this and go onto better things and trophies.

Depending which tv you manage to listen to and get used to the three minute delay  , at least the pie was ok.
