Have been contemplating joining the ST for a while does it have a constitution and if so where can the document be accessed and who is on the committee?

all you need to know should be there, 122 parts to the constitution, so enjoy the read

No constitution of 122 parts on the sticky and no constitution on their website, just a vision statement.
