Oh thank you In reality, this was probably the game that got Jim Harvey sacked, his heart attack was the following week, so this was actually his last game in charge. Not a great way for a club legend to go out on.

Could be the most difficult game of the season so far with Halifax throwing everything at us with a non stop barrage of high balls from all angles into our box.

Football wise we should have enough but their never say die attitude will prevail for the full 90 minutes.

We have to be on our game and be fully prepared for a hard battle with tackles going in all the time, not allowing us any time on the ball.

I think our back 4 are playing too well to give away any goals in this one, so 2-0 to the Shrimps and a solid game.

I'm actually very worried, there's far too much positivity & confidence on here, that's never a good sign!

Halifax are bang average and we should beat them with ease. Dont think they've won in the league since August and they've conceded to goals away to Warrington Town (same league as Lancaster)
best player suspended. Do our job and it should be comfortable.

A difficult game but a 1-0 victory would be enough to see us through to the next round, but any thoughts that it will be easy are way off the mark.....
