Going to FGR on Saturday? If you have mobility issues or are disabled, contact the club in advance:
Ring 01453 837 431 or e-mail reception@fgrfc.com heading your message DISABILITY (They of all people are very sensitive to this.)
They will put you in with their own supporters but that’s surely better than the alternative - particularly if, yet again, it rains on the day.
I went last year and the feedback I got from the editor of D3D4 football was as follows after a few days:
“Just an update for you. Your FGR article has had over 2,100 reads which is the record for an article on D3D4 Football so well done, it was a well thought out engaging piece with excellent photos.”
He’s told me subsequently that supporters new to the Forest Green Experience – Oldham Athletic for instance - keep pushing the total number of hits on the article ever upwards, which is very gratifying.
