Not a bad looking side, front two of Bennett & Oliver should be an handfull, lets play direct football.

Feel more optimistic now.

subs Conlon Old...

Does that mean Conlon & Old are unwell, but still on the bench? Hope they aren't spreading the bug further. May have been better not having a full bench or naming a couple of reserve players? Unless they had the bug but are nearly recovered?

Me too. I've settled on the commentary.
@ShrimpsOfCanada for my Morecambe centric comments.
@DrRetro for Toronto FC, CanPL, and general Canadian commentary and profanity about the same.

That was shambolic defending.
We're in trouble this season more than any other time in the football league

yes, there's always been 2 sides that are worse than us who get relegated, but this season?

Have to look at Conference North to find two sides worse than us this season

We look awful today. Admittedly, the internet dropped twice for a while (I missed their goal) so I may have missed something, but so far, we’ve been shambolic.

Jim called it a little sticky patch on Radio Lancs yesterday. This little sticky patch will see us relegated.

This could easily have been 3-0. Northampton, one win in their last seven, are managing to look both dreadful and fantastic at the same time. Dreadful compared to most League Two sides, fantastic compared to us.

At one point, one of our lads (Tutte possibly) got muscled off the ball, it was at their player's feet, so our lad takes two steps back and watches him play a pass. No urgency, no pressure, very few decent passes. Obviously, don't know how Freez & the commentary team are seeing this game, because commentary, like Morecambe, never got started

Only good thing is, we've only conceded one... ...so far.

Hello from sunny Nerja, 16 degrees here.
Just listened to the first half and it followed the same way as most recent games.
As someone else has said, we usually have a couple of teams worse than us to keep us safe, but not this season.
We have been looking over our shoulders all season and it won't be long until we are looking up!! Macclesfield have come good, and it would seem unlikely that Notts County will stay down at the bottom.

But I hope they do!
