A bit last minute... perhaps we're all a bit frightened???
It's a real six pointer, I think the losing side in this fixture may well be one of the relegated sides. Port Vale are in free-fall and my Vale mate says they are "abysmal" and "we've just got a crap squad and loads of loan signings who don't give a shit". If we beat them, we drag them in to the scrap. If they beat us, they will keep some daylight between them and the drop and may just about manage to scrape their way to the end of the season. Big game for both sides then.
Please, please, PLEASE Jim, forget about the clean sheet end of the pitch and focus on us scoring. Go at them from minute one. Attack, attack, ATTACK!!! They are there for the taking. But if they get their nose in front, we may struggle to come back. A point really isn't enough.
I'll go with my heart... 0-2
But if we go with one up front and try to keep a clean sheet, we will lose without scoring.
