Anyone know of anyone coming in before tomorrow’s deadline at 5?

Doubt it, you'd think Jim would have to loan somebody out first to make room.

Yes for a month but it would be senior players going out if we wanted to bring someone in even on loan,

We should be radical and loan out Kevin who is not contributing much to the team and hasn't done so for a number of games, both this and part of last season....
He's a legend, no dispute there, but every player comes to a career end sooner or later.

Wasn't he part of your management dream team 5 minutes ago, due to his effort and personality "Great to have around the place" etc????

No.....he may have been a few seasons ago....but unfortunately no longer.
As previously posted every player comes to an end in their playing careers.....

Maybe Halstead out for some game time. Stick a youth teamer on the bench for experience.

So it seems we attracted nobody to sign,
while other teams strengthen their squads,
it's gonna be a long season again and one I feel could be our last,
The bookies gotta be right sooner or later?
But not this time hopefully

Clubs can continue signing players that are free agents. It will probably depend on sending players out on loan to Conference/Conference North clubs for the finance.

Bloody hell give it a rest... We have played 6 games and some people have us relegated
We are 2 points better off than this time last season and also a round further in the carabao cup
Scunthorpe who came down from league 1 have only 1 point from a possible 18.. Think there fans will be a lot more worried than us

Salford been busy anyway, Jake Jervis and 2 loanee defenders from the Premiership.
I didn't expect us to sign anyone with the size of squad we already have. It's fine saying we are ahead of where we were last season, but I very much doubt we will be bringing a Collins back in the January window to perform the great escape.
The 3 points we got at Macclesfield were brilliant and well celebrated, but we were lucky, IMO

Jake Jervis is a decent striker but never settles anywhere for long
Last count I think he`s had 13 / 14 clubs

Nobody thought that we would find a Collins/ Bennett last year.
We aren’t going to need them this year to survive, just to improve our position in the table.

Salford must be worried we'll do to them as we did to Crawley when they first came up. Getting hammered 6-0 at the globe against all the pundit's predictions.

So do you think our current crop and formation will replicate a Danny Carlton hat trick?

May have to change formation slightly, I personally have never liked a system that puts a lone man in the outfield, as Jim likes to do. I've posted previously for a 3-2-3-2 formation. But the present crop, absolutely !

It's a team game, but when was our last hat trick? Or at home a one trick

Jason Price played a big part and complimented Danny Carlton in a 4-4-2 that day!

If I remember correctly Crawley had injuries and suspensions which weakened their side that day

After last night Baz can expect to remain number 1.
