8 points.
I turn up to every game, with the same enthusiasm, and belief that the Shrimps can win, regardless of previous results. Deluded, rose tints, blah, blah, some would say, and maybe they’re right, but this means I enjoy my match day, even if not the final score. COYS

Think crag bank might be a tad optimistic
but I do think we can get 7 points from these games.

Can't seeing us dropping any points. The defence will be tightened up and we are creating plenty of chances

Creating chances will result in goals, and results. Hopefully Aj isn’t a serious issue.

1 shot on target per game at home, and only 2 per game so far this season. Hardly creating chances...

4 on target on Saturday, 6 on target last night, all saved bar 2, and we hit a post! Ive been at both games, we were shot shy but not in the past two games. Their keeper played well last night too.
However I accept we have been guilty of that in a couple of games.
At Mansfield in the Cup, we scored twice, their keeper saved one and we hit the bar and the post with other efforts.
So stats can and do leave out the woodwork, which suggests not shooting enough! But not this week.

Shots that hit the woodwork are not on target, are they?

Precisely. But they do suggest you can’t get much closer!!

The point is we need to be a lot more clinical with our chances.
I'm not going to kid myself that we are going to create 10s of chances every game, so we need to make sure that we make the most of the chances we do create.
