O/T UEFA charge both Bulgarian and English FAs

The English FA have been charged as a result of English fans disrespecting the Bulgarian National Anthem as well as not providing sufficient English stewards in the stadium.
Bulgaria has been charged with numerous offensives including racism but have claimed that they were annoyed with our FA for bringing up this subject prior to the game.
