I only ask, as the young keeper seems to have taken over as back-up gk, but have i missed Baz hanging up his gloves ?, or is he just concentrating on his gk coaching role now ?
Not sure the young lad would be ready for a relegation battle if anything happened to Halstead, so i just hope that Baz is fit and good to go if required.

No, not retired, just not first choice at the moment.

He will still be registered as a player even though he seems to concentrating on his coaching. Lee Jones was registered as a player at one point.

I suspect that if something happened to Halstead, Baz would return, but the young lad is gaining experience simply by being involved with the first team squad.

Cole made a point of running towards Baz when he scored on Saturday. Could Baz retiring leave some money in the Kitty for DA?

I still can't work out if it is Baz or Mark that Caton83 knows. All his posts are about them and inside knowledge.

Why did Cole run over to hug Baz? Might it just be he gave him a tip about the opposition GK being weak in a certain area and to just SHOOT at him. It was a poor effort at saving his shot.
