WANTED: Striker

Sounds as though we are not the only ones in search of a striker..... :o

Our friends from East Lancashire are also in the market for a striker who can do the business in EFL 1.

Lost at home again last night to 'money bags' Salford City in a cup game.

Their fans are becoming restless once again with some hoping for a change.... :?:

Also heard on the radio that the management team are unhappy about their lack of adequate training facilities....sounds familiar.....

Maybe my hearing aid needed new batteries but am sure I heard that he was staying at 'pool..... :?:

Just checked on Back Street Henry ('pools fan forum) and their manager has confirmed that Nuttall is staying.

Good strikers are worth their weight in gold. Think best we can hope for is a decent loan like last years.

On the subject of strikers , Swindon have lost both their strikers recalled to Bradford City and Rotherham.

They are expected to try and sign Hallam Hope from our Cumbrian friends Carlisle. Carlisle in turn are trying to sign Wayne Rooney's brother from Barrow.

Not much 'Hope' of Swindon staying Top dog if they do,

Hallam is down at the basement for a reason and not as good as the two that have left

Swindon lost Doyle Back to Bradford and immediately put Yates up top, he scored and gets recalled by The Millers, shows the dangers of loan strikers in this window!!

Beech will be in for a replacement, hence the offer to Barrow.
But not beyond the realm of possibility, hopefully!

Don't wear a hat mate, but must be on the cards, although I do feel George is very happy here??

Thought you might have had some “inside info” m1. m1 sounds like somebody who would get secrets. :D

Agree mate, Tanner does seem happy here, and has been excellent all season. Long may it continue.

I have heard a rumour from a very very good source this morning that we could possibly have a new striker in by Saturday !!
This source is connected to the national media and as given me 100 percent information before

More than happy to hear that R1970. I don’t care who, just as long as he knows how to put em in the onion bag. Performance turned into points. Roll on Sat, in fact, every game. Can’t wait. COYS.

Lewis Allasandra’s contract ran out today, so that’s a job vacancy available?
