With the chances of us now not seeing a game this season , has anyone any idea what’s happening with season tickets that have been bought?

I think with the online streaming most fans would be happy enough given the circumstances. I am still hopeful of a handful of live games too but not for a while.

Agreed but in my circumstance I have 2 season tickets in The red seats at a cost of over £700 , at best I’m going to get £230 back from live streaming it’s a lot to waiver at the end of the season providing nothing changes . I also booked a meal during the crowdfunded which isn’t going to happen either . I love my football club but there comes a time when you have to wonder what will happen come the end of the season I can’t afford to keep donating my season ticket money as I did last season !

Same here with regards to 2 season tickets though we should be sitting in the slightly cheaper block D.

I have 2 season tickets as well, and like you I donated my season ticket last season. I was hoping the club would offer discounts off next season or something.

Difficult one this. I have 2 standard seats and quite happy to donate my money. No doubt the club will need it and I usually miss quite a few games a season due to work so I’ll actually see more games than normal via iPlayer. However some sympathy for those with more premium options as you are paying more than others for the same offering.

No doubt the club will have a plan and will be fair with what they offer. Maybe one for the trust to discuss with the club? I’m sure most of us don’t want to see the club in trouble but during these times it’s understandable that people are looking at their personal finances.

I think they will offer a few options including a discount on next season's ticket.

I wonder if after this that an online season ticket may become a thing?

The governing bodies really do need to use this time as a catalyst for change. Whilst some have had issues ifollow on the whole is an excellent service and we now know it works for live streams. Surely it makes sense to offer this as an ongoing option for away games over a certain distance where only a small number of fans would go. Would be a good way of increasing revenue for clubs without disrupting traditional (revenue) streams. Probably needs some additional criteria to stop home fans streaming e.g. you need to be a club member but other than that I can’t see any reasons not to offer this.

The project big picture plan could incorporate this and also offer some other simple ways to help revenue for smaller teams that would not cost them (big clubs) a penny. Keep the league cup but seed teams with prem/champ away to l1/l2 clubs in first couple of rounds.

As I said in a previous post some months ago about this season's season ticket, I have already written it off and having access to iPlayer that for me is good enough.

As for next season i think the club will come forward with ideas regarding reduced tickets or whatever BUT I will not demand any type of refund but that's a decision we all have to make for ourselves.

With the virus now running riot I do not expect to see any 'live' games other than on iFollow for the rest of this season.

:( :( :(

I have 2 season tickets(me and my lad,) but we enjoy standing, so the cost for them is well below that of BaB, and others. Personally, more than happy to commit the money to the club we love, but on the other hand, I don’t think anybody should feel uneasy/guilty about taking any sort of refund, or offer that may come from the club. If my outlay was £700+, I would have to take some serious consideration too.
