FA Cup expenses

As I understand it, under normal circumstances expenses relating to match day officials including stadium security and admission staff are covered by money raised from the 'gate' .
Gate receipts also cover the cost (agreed by the two participating clubs) of the away club's travel costs including overnight accommodation if required up to a maximum as stipulated in the FA Cup T&C's.
However this season the conditions of expenses are unique in as much (as we all know) that no receipts from gates will be available.
As a result of no monies coming from the usual stream who pays for the match day officials etc and more importantly who covers the cost of the away team's travel expenses....
If the cost is covered equally for ALL expenses by both clubs then the share of any TV money will be diminished especially in the case of our forthcoming game at Chelsea where I understand that the club has to provide 2 coaches to cover the players and back room staff in addition to single room occupancy at any overnight accommodation.
However had we NOT been involved in the FA Cup to date then the cost to our BoD and Owners to keep our club going would have been considerably more than our fortunate FA Cup run which has provided much needed revenue irrespective of it being considerably less than what we could have expected under normal circumstances.
I'd like to think that the FA are helping clubs with the financial costs incurred especially those less well off than those in the Premiership and Championship...
Maybe someone is able to confirm the issues surrounding who pays for what....
