Is it to early to think about the possibility of promotion or the playoffs? Either way whatever happens from now till May. DA has totally transformed this club in such a short space of time. And to think there was some people who thought nobody could do a better job than JB. Onwards and upwards.

Whatever happens from now until the end of this strange season we've restored some pride in the shirt. So for me we keep on doing what we have been doing and not look too far ahead.

DA has been inspirational as our manager and long may it continue although don't be surprised if other higher profile clubs than ourselves come knocking on our door for permission to speak to him.

I think at this point it's definitely okay to be looking towards finishing in the playoffs, we've been playing well and have shown that even a loss doesn't completely derail us.

Definitely realistic to be targeting the play offs now!

I think it's even realistic to be targeting an automatic place but being prepared to accept the play offs (as we might be able to attend by then). ;)

All depends on consistency always has done in this league you don't need to have the biggest budget just been able to string a few hard fought back to back wins together.

I worry we still have a habit of been great one week but the next week it can all go very wrong and we get a hammering which might cost us a playoff place.

That's the "Little Old Morecambe" mentality, unfortunately most of us are scarred and this will take some getting used to. Our recent form does not indicate we are liable to go from good to bad in a hurry, or incur heavy defeats.

Last 10 league results:

W 1-0 Barrow (Home)
L 1-2 Newport County (Away)
W 1-0 Harrogate Town (Home)
W 2-1 Leyton Orient (Home)
W 2-1 Colchester United (Away)
W 3-1 Grimsby Town (Home)
L 0-2 Leyton Orient (Away)
D 1-1 Walsall (Home)
W 3-0 Colchester United (Home)
W 2-0 Exeter City (Away)

22 points from a possible 30, 16 goals for and just 8 against.

We are also unbeaten in our last 10 games at home (including cups).

There was minor reference to “little old....” after the Sat result. But it was toward Exeter, by an Exeter fan. Loving it. COYS.
