iFollow problem?

iFollow problem?

Postby redrobo » Mon Mar 08, 2021 12:14 pm

As a season ticket holder I qualified for free iFollow subscription which enables me to watch home games however the subscription appears to bar me from listening to interviews post match by DA on iFollow the Carlisle one be a case in point.

Do others have a similar issue or is it just myself.... :?: :?: :?:

It's happened before. You have to have one of the monthly subscriptions, not the match-only one. It's iFollow's barmy decision, something to do with whose recording equipment is used? Just listen to the Radio Lancs interview, it will be pretty much the same content.

The EFL have really squandered an opportunity to make iFollow last beyond the pandemic with baffling decisions. They could have got a captive audience engaged with the content rather than hiding it behind paywalls when we've already paid.

Completely agree. I didn't even get an acknowledgment when I emailed them regarding commentary.
“Britain faces a simple and inescapable choice - stability and strong Government with me, or chaos with Ed Miliband: ".

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?

I had to send about 3 follow-ups, then got 2 generic responses before a human finally read my email and responded. Sadly they blamed all the problems on the club and took no responsibility themselves.

EFL are squeezing as much as they can out of IFollow, when and if we go back to just radio commentary next season, I hope things go back to just subscribers getting all content!!
