I thought he looked done against us. He looked heavy and off the pace, like they had brought him back for one last effort. He was still a threat but in truth, Tranmere had nothing else.

It looks like Mellon is returning so he will want to rebuild his team and has more room to move with Vaughan off the wage bill.

Actually can't knock the guy. A lot of defenders breathing a sigh of relief right now. A real handful to play against but wouldn't you just love him on your team?
