Who do you think will win the Euros? I think Germany are in with a good chance even though their group is very, very tough - they weren't very good in qualifying but write them off at your peril, a very good tournament team.

France have to be the favourites with their squad depth. Don't disregard Italy though, they are dark horses in my eyes.

Definitely right about Italy, another team who know how to win tight games in tournaments and get through. Seem to remember them being largely unfancied for the 2006 WC and pretty much written off every knockout game they played including the final.

I've gone for France, England are never good value, imagine how much you could have lost backing them for the last 55 years

France could enter 2 teams and they would probably meet in the final. Belgium seem to be bottle jobs so counting them out. I am going to go for the Dutch. De Jong and De Ligt are top quality.

I’ve gone for San Marino … that’s how much interest I have in it lol
More interested in what’s happening at the Mazuma over the next few days and weeks

France have got the best team and depth, followed not too far behind by Portugal.
Agree that Italy are dark horses. Feels weird saying that but they've gone pretty off the boil for a good few years, and it caught me out when I had a proper look at their team and saw how good it was! Their opener with Turkey tomorrow looks interesting as Turkey apparently have a good young team.
Belgium are very good but not as strong as France/Portugal imo, and their backline is getting on a bit and could be exposed.
England have one, if not the, best set of attackers in world football. The midfield has some good bits and some serviceable bits. Full back is fine, it's just central defence which is an issue! If Maguire's not fit then White should be in ahead of Mings/Coady. Front line of Sterling-Mount-Grealish behind Kane.

I think I would struggle to name more than 4 England players now
I can't remember the last time I watched them, I'm not convinced by Southgate he got lucky in the world cup with a good draw and like normal as soon as we meet one of the top teams this time we will be out.

England will never win a trophy with Southgate in charge.

So how did Walsall and Swindon make it to the Euros?

Just the worst thing to see. Hope Christian Eriksen pulls through. Looked very bad.

A friend of mine knows Christian. Heartbreaking to see that. In shock to be truth.

When people moan about things on here think about what’s just happened in the Denmark game
Football is just a game … Life is far more important than that

Thankfully he is awake and the hospital is right across the road!
Brilliant work by the medical staff!
Football isn’t important at times like this.

Reports that he has left the stadium in a stable condition. If that is the case and we all hope it is, the medical team deserve the highest award going.

Apparently we are resuming the match at 8:30. At players request. Incredible that they want to finish the match under the circumstances. Never been less interested in a result of our matches ever.

It gives the players a focus for the rest of the evening I guess. Secondary to the health of Eriksen of course, but whatever gets them through it.

Apparently when the referee blew the whistle 'to take the knee' immediately prior to the Croatia v Scotland last night, he (the referee) was the only one on the pitch to actually go on one knee, all the players on both sides remained standing!

Anyone got a video of that?
